Choice Business Advisors is the business name of Rigby Business Solutions LLC, a bookkeeping, tax, and advisory firm based in Utah that works remotely with small businesses across the United States. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and how we use it. If you become a client, we will explain separately how the records you share for your bookkeeping or tax work are handled.
The contact form
When you request a consultation, we ask for your name, your business name, your email address, the service you are interested in, and an optional message. The form also records the language of the page you used, how you heard about us if you tell us, and a referral or source code when you arrive through a link that includes one. We use this information to answer your request, talk with you about your business, and prepare a proposal.
Please leave tax IDs, bank details, and financial documents out of the form. If we work together, we will agree on a safer way to share them.
Your message goes directly to our own private, password-protected system, where we keep it so we can follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
We use your email address to reply to you. We send marketing email, such as occasional bookkeeping and tax tips or news about our services, only if you check the marketing box on the form or ask us to email you one of our free resources. That box is unchecked unless you check it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
Text messages and WhatsApp
We send text messages or WhatsApp messages only if you check the consent box on the form and give us a mobile number, or if you write to us on WhatsApp first. Some messages may be automated. Consent is not a condition of working with us. You can end messages at any time by replying STOP or ALTO. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
Free tools and resources
The bookkeeping cost estimator runs entirely in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us and is not stored anywhere, unless you choose to contact us about your estimate and include it in your message.
The tax appointment checklist is free to read and print. If you ask us to email it to you, we keep your email address, the date, and the wording you agreed to, so that we send what we promised and nothing more.
Referral and source codes
Links from our partners or from our own resources may include a short code (ref or src) that tells us where you came from. Your browser keeps that code for the current visit so it can be included with your form. It does not identify you and it is not used to follow you on other websites.
Site analytics
This website does not currently use an analytics service or advertising pixels. If we add one, we will update this page to say which tool we use and what it collects.
Automated replies
Some first replies to inquiries may be prepared by an automated assistant. When a message is automated, it says so in its first sentence, and Kirby or Noah follow up with you personally.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email, stop text messages, or ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page or by email at info@mychoiceadvisors.com.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed to children.
